Integrative Functional Medicine is not a quick fix.
It is a journey toward healing and wellness that we will take with you. Our goal is to help you reconnect with and trust your body’s ability to heal, discover underlying causes of disease, and learn ways to support your personal (distinct) needs. Expect to have a partner and advocate as you determine what optimal health is for you.
Appointments

New Patient Appointments
Your initial visit will take 60 minutes and will take an in-depth look into your history, your health story including prior labs and previous treatments that you have tried. From here we will come together to create the next steps. This usually includes ordering labs and specialized testing (both are discussed beforehand, pros/cons and cost), discussing the implementation of supplements, and also talking through dietary and lifestyle changes.
At the conclusion of your appointment, you will schedule your Bioenergetic test (discounted fee) and your 30 minute introductory health coach appointment.

Returning Patient Appointments
These appointments are scheduled 3-4 weeks after your new patient consult for 45 minutes. During this appointment we will formulate a concrete plan utilizing results from your lab work, bioenergetic evaluation, your health concerns and your primary wellness goals. The next steps may include adding supplements to support the rebalancing of your body, weight loss options, in some cases hormone replacement therapy, mind and body healing, and lifestyle changes.
You will then schedule a 30 minute follow-up with our health coach to start implementing the plan and your goals.
